2. Publisher's Exclusion Model

Alpha Bazaar operates under the "publisher's exclusion" established in Lowe v. SEC and similar precedents. We publish general trading strategies and educational content without providing personalized investment advice. All content is educational and informational only.

3. Content Usage and Restrictions

By subscribing to strategies on Alpha Bazaar, you agree to:

• Use content for personal use only - no commercial redistribution
• Not share, copy, or redistribute strategy content to third parties
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to recreate proprietary methodologies
• Comply with all applicable securities laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property Protection

All strategy content is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Monetization and Revenue Sharing

Alpha Bazaar operates on a creator-first revenue model:

• Strategy creators keep 80% of subscription revenue from their subscribers
• Alpha Bazaar retains 20% to cover platform costs, payment processing, and infrastructure
• Monetized publishers pay a $5/month platform fee for Stripe integration and subscriber management
• All revenue calculations are transparent and available in publisher dashboards

8. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy available on request.

9. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Bazaar provides the platform "as is" and disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for any trading losses, technical issues, or other damages arising from your use of the platform or published strategies.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
